SMS / Text Messaging — Caregiver Shift Coverage

HG Connect UG (haftungsbeschränkt), operating as Kogsy, also sends text messages on behalf of home-care agencies to those agencies’ caregivers about open shifts. Agreeing to receive these texts is optional and is not a condition of employment or onboarding — a caregiver can be employed and offered shifts without opting in. Caregivers who choose to opt in do so through a separate, voluntary step (texting JOIN to the agency’s Kogsy shift-line number after seeing the program disclosure in a shift-coverage invitation email). When a shift needs coverage, opted-in caregivers receive a message and can reply to accept or decline; message frequency varies with how often shifts open. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, START to resume, or HELP for assistance.

We do not share or sell caregiver mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Numbers and consent records are used only to operate, administer, secure, and document compliance for the shift-coverage messaging program.
